This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of ALEX Wearable Posture Tracker and Coach. All opinions are 100% mine.

Whether you work at a desk all day, or you simply spend a lot of time on your smartphone, chances are you’ve suffered from aches and pains in your neck or back. I’m going to share my trick to easily maintain good posture while working at a desk or on your phone so you no longer have to suffer from aches and pains!

The easiest trick to maintain good posture at your desk and avoid aches and pains. I used to always have bad posture and neck pain from computer work and my phone and now by using this trick I don't suffer from it anymore!

I work on the computer a LOT maintaining this website and as a result I have also spent a great deal of time at the chiropractor. I have always had bad posture and, despite my best efforts to sit ergonomically correct, I often suffer from neck pain after working on my computer or phone for long periods of time. I have finally found a way to easily maintain good posture while working at a desk and I’m going to share my simple trick that has saved me from the aches and pains I usually suffered from!

The easiest trick to maintain good posture at your desk and avoid aches and pains. I used to always have bad posture and neck pain from computer work and my phone and now by using this trick I don't suffer from it anymore!

This handy little device is called the ALEX Wearable Posture Tracker and Coach and it has changed how I work everyday. ALEX is the first wearable posture tracker that accurately measures the angle of your neck and position of your head, and then coaches you towards better posture, every day.

The easiest trick to maintain good posture at your desk and avoid aches and pains. I used to always have bad posture and neck pain from computer work and my phone and now by using this trick I don't suffer from it anymore!

Here I am sitting at my desk wearing my ALEX wearable posture coach. As you can see you can’t even tell that I am wearing it. It is easily concealed under my hair and isn’t at all noticeable. Despite not seeing that I am wearing it, I can definitely tell a difference when I choose not to wear it! It’s amazing how much having good posture will lead to less aches and pains in my neck and back.

ALEX sits gently on the back of your neck to track the angle of your neck and the position of your head, relative to your body. When you your posture is poor for more than a few minutes, ALEX vibrates according to your personal setting. The accompanying app also lets you track your progress over time and monitor your posture in real time. Since ALEX can accurately measure the angle of your neck it also helps prevent “text neck” from spending too much time bent over your phone!

ALEX has a rechargeable battery that last for up to 7 days! I keep my ALEX at my desk so I always remember to wear it while working. I have struggled for so long with beating the aches and pains that come from working at a desk. I also suggest setting up your desk so that you sit at an ergonomic position. Keep your screen at eye level so you aren’t bending your head up or down to see it. Add a small pillow or stool under your feet if you struggle to sit with your knees at a 90 degree angle. Put a small pillow behind your back if you struggle with low back pain. The pillow will create extra lumbar support and help you sit straighter and not slouch. Combine these steps with wearing the ALEX posture coach and you will notice a big difference in your daily life!

Now that I’ve shared my amazing little secret to easily maintaining good posture and kicking those aches and pains to the curb, I bet you want one right? Enter to win your own ALEX wearable posture coach below!

For those with neck strain or headaches, this would be invaluable. It would improve posture problems that could be ages old. I think my son would benefit from using this.

Very interesting! I never would have thought about a device such as this. I’d be curious to know how bad my posture is to start with and how much it could improve.

I found out I have arthritis in my neck and posture plays a big part in the pain, especially when working on the computer and driving.

I suffer from a lot of neck pain and I sit behind a desk all day too. This is an awesome idea. I am pretty sure it would tell me that my posture is absolutely terrible LOL.

I spend a lot of time in front of my computer and this would be great to have. It’s amazing that you can’t even see it while you are wearing it.

This sounds like a GREAT product for those of us who blog 60 hours a week and other workaholics who have desk jobs. I would love to try this gadget with the companion app as I seem to be catching myself often in bad postures while sitting at my computer.

Who couldn’t use an ALEX wearable posture coach if they spend any time at all at desk? Pain and discomfort would be a thing of the past. Really great tips and thanks for the give-a-way opportunity.

My aunt was a travel agent and always on the phone. She did a number on her neck with it cradling the phone against her shoulder all day, every day. I’m trying to be mindful, but having a coach would make it even easier.
