Chocolate peanut butter energy Balls
These chocolate peanut butter energy balls are my favorite! They taste like a peanut butter cup without the guilt. They whip up in mere minutes and keep well in the fridge.
I’m a huge fan of having quick, healthy snacks whipped up and ready to grab and eat. In the past I’ve shared my no bake energy bites recipe, my 4 ingredient energy bites recipe and my energy bar recipe. These chocolate peanut butter energy balls recipe is worthy of adding to the collection!
How To Make Energy Balls
Energy balls are SUPER easy to make and really fast too! You simply put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix and combine. Chill them a bit to firm up and then roll them in balls. Store them in the fridge to grab anytime you need a quick, healthy snack!
Are Energy Balls Healthy?
That depends! It depends on the ingredients you use in your energy balls. I recommend using organic, natural ingredients without any added chemicals, preservatives, etc.
In these peanut butter energy balls I use organic peanut butter which is simply peanuts and oil and no added sugar. I also use a clean chocolate protein powder from Organo. Organic, gluten-free oats and raw honey are the best choices for the remainder of the ingredients and of course, organic chia seeds. This makes these energy balls a healthy snack choice that packs protein and energy!
