Sonic Soak uses ultrasonic technology to clean anything you can think of. Ultrasonic technology is nothing new. But if you are anything like me, in day to day life this is not something we are familiar with.
What is Ultrasonic Technology?
Ultrasonic technology comes as a result of ultrasound, an oscillating sound pressure wave that operates at a frequency beyond the human range of hearing. In water, these powerful waves produce a process called cavitation which creates bubbles that do the cleaning. This technology has been used for years in medical and industrial applications as a means of truly powerful cleaning, but Sonic Soak has scaled it down and made it accessible to the average consumer.
Simply put Sonic Soak uses water and ultrasound to clean anything you want. But does it really work?
Sonic Soak Review
Sonic Soak is a revolutionary ultrasonic cleaning tool that’s raised over $2.6M on crowdfunding. Utilizing the power of ultrasonic cleaning to clean at the microscopic level like never before. Use it to clean laundry, produce, accessories, or anything else in your house – all you need is water and a Sonic Soak.
How Does Sonic Soak Work?
Sonic Soak is a small metal device that measures 2.75” by 2.75”, smaller the palm of your hand. With a bucket, a sink, or anything to hold water, a power outlet, and a Sonic Soak, you have everything you need to clean clothes, jewelry, dishes, and more.
Simply plug in the Sonic Soak and place in water. Add whatever item you want to clean and let the device work its magic.
Sonic Soak is one of the most compact washing devices available. It weighs only 4 ounces so it can be easily packed inside a suitcase, purse, or briefcase for easy portability. Sonic Soak creates high-pressure bubbles that eliminate dirt, oils, and grime.
Sonic Soak and Travel
For frequent travelers and small households and families, Sonic Soak is the perfect washing machine replacement. It can easily handle up to 4 pounds of laundry and is ideal for delicate items or cleaning clothing while traveling. Sonic Soak can reach areas your washer can’t. In the end, you get clothes that are cleaner, but also gently washed, so you may see more life out of your clothes.
Sonic Soak is also perfect for helping you save on water, space, and energy – especially if you don’t have large loads of laundry.
While it is not ideal for jeans, large blankets or other bulky items, the Sonic Soak is ideal for shirts, shorts, and delicates.
Sonic Soak SetUp
Sonic Soak is easy to use right out of the box. A simple test will make sure your device is working correctly. Start by wrapping the ultrasound device in thin aluminum foil and put it in a container full of water. You cannot see or hear ultrasounds, but you can at least see the effect on the aluminum foil. If your device is working properly you will see small holes in the foil as well as some “dust” from the foil in the bottom of the water.
Sonic Soak for Fruits and Veggies
I’m most excited about using Sonic Soak for cleaning fruit and veggies. Most produce can still contain traces of pesticides or a wax seal. Setting the produce in water and letting the Sonic Soak clean them seems like an effective way to make sure you are removing everything you don’t want from your produce.
