This is my favorite beef stroganoff recipe AND it’s the easiest beef stroganoff recipe I’ve ever made. It’s quick and cooks all day leading to beef that falls apart and melts in your mouth. It’s perfect and totally fool proof. This recipe allows for you to use any cut of beef. You can use stew meat or filet mignon. It’s up to you and your preference. I tend to choose an inexpensive cut of meat as any cut will taste good in this slow cooker beef stroganoff recipe. Since it cooks all day, it will fall apart even if it isn’t the most tender cut. For mine I grabbed a top round out of the freezer and cubed it.
Here is a quick rundown of just how easy this recipe is to throw together in the morning and then enjoy at dinner time!
