Letter J Craft

This J is for Jaguar letter craft is just the cutest! Kids can make their own baby jaguar and glue it to their letter J. Be sure to talk about the letter J, the sounds it makes, what words start with J and of course, talk about jaguars too! What do they eat? Where do they live? Have fun with it!

These activities are designed to help reinforce each letter with a fun craft that your child can do on their own (with a little help from an adult).

 

 

LETTER CRAFT SUPPLIES:

You’ll need a few basic arts and crafts supplies for this letter J craft.

• Craft Foam (like this)
• Glue (can use hot glue or white school glue)
• Scissors
• Black Marker
• Paper or Cardstock
• Googley eyes

1.) After gathering all of the supplies, you will first download the letter J template and print onto paper or cardstock. To receive the free letter J printables just enter your email below and we will send them straight to your inbox so you can download them and print them.

 

 

2.) Cut out the letter J and trace onto the craft foam. Cut the letter out.

 

 

3.) Download and print the JAGUAR template. Cut out.

 

4.) Trace the jaguar template onto craft foam. Cut out.

 

5.) Outline the jaguar with black marker and add detail.

 

 

6.) Cut a white circle from craft foam, 2 pink circles and 1 pink triangle.

 

7.) Glue the pink circles onto the ears, the white circle onto the face and the pink triangle onto the white circle.

 

 

8.) Add detail with black marker and glue on googly eyes.

 

 

 

9.) Glue the jaguar onto the letter J.
