Porketta and Top the Tater are regional favorites here in Minnesota. Top the Tater is a sour cream based dip that has chives and onions in it. If you can’t buy it locally then you can make your own mix of the three ingredients. Porketta is also a regional favorite here and is a pork roast that is seasoned and slow cooked until it falls apart. Start by grilling your Bar-S franks to perfection.
Once your Bar-S franks are grilled you’ll place them into a bun.
Next top them with your Top the Tater sour cream spread and then top that with Porketta. I’ll show you how I make them in this one minute video!
