Seed Probiotic

I have been taking a probiotic daily for years now. It all started when I was very sick and in heart failure. I went to see a natural-minded doctor who told me that it was essential for everyone to be on a daily probiotic because our environment around us (air pollutants, food contaminants, etc) was continually destroying the good bacteria that help us every day. A quality probiotic will replace good bacteria and help keep the body in proper balance.

There are a multitude of health benefits to your entire body from just adding a probiotic into your daily routine. Let’s explore all those benefits!

Whole Body Benefits Of Probiotics

Probiotics are great for good gut health but they are so much more than that! Let’s dive into the various ways they help the ENTIRE body!

Probiotics For Digestion

One of the most immediate benefits of probiotics is improved digestion! Want to improve bowel movements or relieve gut discomfort? Diminishing bloating and discovering constipation relief are just a couple of the immediate benefits you may notice. Smoother, more regular bowel movements are a great thing. So to summarize, adding a probiotic may help with:

  • diminished bloating
  • constipation relief
  • increased bowel motility for smoother more regular bowel movements
  • decreasing intestinal discomfort

Probiotics For Leaky Gut

We have been hearing a lot about leaky gut and its ill effects on our entire body system. What can you do about it? Improving your diet and making smart choices is just one step to healing a leaky gut. Another great thing to help with improving the gut barrier is to add a probiotic. The gut barrier acts to absorb nutrients and provide protection against harmful substances.

The gut lining is inundated daily with toxins from food and our environment that can break it down which then allows harmful substances to enter the bloodstream. This can then trigger autoimmune responses in the body such as:

  • inflammation
  • allergies
  • irritable bowels
  • migraines
  • pain
  • fatigue

Certain strains of probiotics have been proven to improve the integrity and tightness of the gut barrier which helps keeps the good in and the bad out.

Probiotics For Skin Health

Did you know that probiotics have been shown to help improve adult acne? Our skin is a large organ and what’s going on inside our body has a direct effect on what is going on with the outside of our body. Probiotics may help balance the good bacteria in our bodies leading to healthier skin.

Probiotics For Improved Mood

Good gut health is central to good overall health and this doesn’t exclude mental health. There have been studies linking improved gut health with relief of anxiety. Take care of your gut and it will have an impact on your health overall.

Probiotics For Vitamin Synthesis

Did you know that probiotics can create vitamins? Seed’s Daily Synbiotic is the first to include probiotic strains that can actually synthesize folate from within the body, providing an endogenous source of folate locally in the gut. That is pretty cool.

Seed probiotics are the only brand I take. I have researched them all and I’ve taken dozens of different brands and Seed has outperformed them all for me. It has everything in it that I look for in a high quality probiotic. It has all of the strains (and more!) that I look for and their delivery system ensures that the highest number of live bacteria are reaching my gut and not dying before they reach their destination.

  1. Hello! Thank you for such an informative and useful article. I think that probiotics are underestimated. I have been suffering from feet edema that was not able be diagnosed though I have done all the tests and visited many doctors and only when I started taking a probiotic supplement it disappeared, honestly I do not know where is the connection here but my feet and my mood are much better. Now I recommend probiotics to everyone I know.
