HIBICLENS Antimicrobial Soap

Kids come home with everything these days; new dance moves, the latest slang, and of course requests for the coolest trends in toys. But more often than not, kids can bring home more than anyone expected. We’re talking about germs.

On average, your child will come in contact with 300 surfaces every 30 minutes and can be exposed to about 840,000 germs, according to the 2011 Tork® Report. That’s potential exposure to a myriad of germs – germs you never saw coming. To prepare and protect your children and your home from unwelcomed germs, wash your hands with HIBICLENS®

HIBICLENS is a medical grade antimicrobial hand soap trusted by hospitals, healthcare professionals, and moms as a skin cleanser and antiseptic. HIBICLENS is tough on germs, yet still gentle enough to be used on the most sensitive of skin – including your children’s skin.

Why Choose HIBICLENS?

The battle against germs is never-ending, but you can put up a great defense! HIBICLENS contains Chlorhexidine Gluconate [CHG] as its active ingredient – an agent that immediately kills germs on contact. Along with its fast acting germ prevention abilities, HIBICLENS is also built to last, offering up to 24 hours of germ protection after one application. Arm your family and defend your home against germs by washing your hands daily with HIBICLENS antimicrobial soap.

Using HIBICLENS in the Battle Against Germs

There are many antibacterial hand soaps on the market, but HIBICLENS beats the competition just as effectively as it kills germs. Most antibacterial hand soaps provide minimal protection that can leave you vulnerable to germ transmission as soon as you touch another surface. Alcohol-based hand sanitizers leave you unprotected as soon as the alcohol dries! Germs are everywhere, not just in visibly dirty surroundings. Equip yourself with HIBICLENS for long-lasting, complete protection against the spread of illness and disease.

What Exactly Does HIBCLENS Defend Against?

Germs are tough and bountiful, but HIBICLENS is formulated to tackle the heavy hitters! HIBICLENS is an excellent resource for preventing illnesses such as the common cold, Salmonella, Staphylococcus (Staph infections) and Influenza.

Based upon research conducted by the CDC, every year, about 200,000 people are hospitalized from the flu – with 10 percent of those affected being children under the age of five years old. If you knew a way to keep the flu away from your family, wouldn’t you want that security? HIBICLENS helps protect your family from being a statistic.

How to Use HIBICLENS

The fight against germs must begin at home. To prepare your family for the daily battle, swap out your standard antibacterial soap for HIBICLENS antimicrobial soap as a part of your daily hygiene practices. Washing with HIBICLENS is a breeze. First, wet your hands or the desired area to be cleaned with warm water. Then, using 5mL (about 1 teaspoon) of HIBICLENS, wash the desired area for 15 seconds under running water. Finally, rinse and dry area(s) thoroughly. It’s that easy!

I’ve got to get some of this! Between my dogs running around like maniacs with their claws and my husband working construction, I’d get a lot of use out of this.

Hibiclens is what they use when you have a baby and they have always lived by it killing germs in a woman’s body, so I know I would totally trust it for my home.

Yes, they have you shower with Hibiclens before a scheduled c-section in order to reduce the bacteria on the skin during surgery!

That must help a lot! IT would be especially useful in the winter. My kids would always get a cold from school in the winter.

It is so handy! The kids still have junk going around at school but we’ve stayed healthy since we started using this before school everyday. Thank goodness!

It has a smell to it but it isn’t fragranced, it is just the smell of the ingredients, not perfume.

When I worked in the hospital, we used hibiclens, especially for surgery patients. It is the only thing I would was my hands with.
