My two year old son Aiden has a peanut allergy so I am always trying to come up with recipes that he can eat especially for parties and such. I am loving this white chocolate cake batter recipe! I do this in place of the puppy chow or muddy buddies which call for peanut butter. I made this for Danika’s Birthday party and it was a big hit with everyone! Many people liked it better than muddy buddies/puppy chow.

Start with some good white chocolate (this brand is also peanut free).

Melt it and put your rice chex cereal in a bag.
Pout the white chocolate over the cereal in the bag. Add yellow cake mix and powdered sugar and shake!
Top with sprinkles and enjoy!
White Chocolate Cake Batter Bites Recipe:
Ingredients:
7 Cups Rice Chex Cereal
12 oz Bakers White Chocolate
1 3/4 Cup Yellow Cake Mix (only the powder, don’t mix it according to the package!)
3/4 Cup powdered sugar
Melt Bakers chocolate in microwave safe bowl. Pour over rice cereal (I put mine in a freezer bag). Add cake mix and powdered sugar and shake to coat. Pour in a bowl once cooled and top with sprinkles. Keep in airtight container afterwards. Enjoy!
