- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 Tbsp fresh oregano, finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried oregano)
- 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary
- 1 Tbsp fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp coarse salt
- 1/4 tsp coarse ground black pepper
- 1/4 C OMAGGIO Limited Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil for serving
- In a small bowl, finely mince garlic and add fresh herbs, red pepper flakes, salt and black pepper.
- Mix together.
- When ready to serve spoon 1 teaspoon onto a shallow dish and pour olive oil over the top.
- Serve with fresh Italian bread for dipping.
