The Elves Have Arrived From The North Pole!

As I told you before we have started a new tradition with the kids this year. We wrote a letter to Santa asking him to send us a couple of his magic elves from the North Pole and guess what…He did! Our elves arrived at our house this weekend and the kids were over the moon. They had been anxiously watching for their arrival ever since we wrote our letter to Santa Clause. The morning they found them they couldn’t believe those silly little elves had gotten into their cookies!

They’ve been taking the elves with them everywhere and have had fun getting to know their new friends Mitchell and Meredith. They learned all about the elves in the letter that they brought with them from the North Pole. At night they like to eat crackers and drink ice water because the crackers remind them of the crunchy snow and the ice water comes from melted snowflakes. They came with magic snow to sprinkle on them each night too. At night while the kids are sleeping the elves come alive and go on elfcapades! Elfcapades are nightly adventures where the elves get into mischief! The kids have had so much fun waking up and seeing what their elves were up to while they were sleeping.

The elves will only stay until Christmas Eve though and then they have to head back to the North Pole to help Santa. We sure are going to enjoy them while they are here though!

I've seen some GREAT pictures of fun elf posed all over the house. I can't WAIT till my little guy is big enough to enjoy the Elf legend. 🙂
