DIY Giant Hershey Kiss made with Rice Krispies + Free printable kiss tags

Valentine’s Day is a wonderful holiday! It celebrates love and what could be more happy than love? Valentine’s Day has evolved to include my children in the holiday as well as my husband. It’s not just about romance anymore, it’s about love. The love you have for your husband, the love you have for your children and the love you have for friends and family. It’s a day to celebrate love and take a moment to show those people we love just how much we care about them. These adorable DIY Giant Hershey Kisses made from Rice Krispies are the perfect way to surprise your family with a fun treat!

Valentine's Day Rice Krispies

Making them is really easy! First mix up a batch of Rice Krispies in the microwave (yes, the microwave is super fast and easy when it comes to making these). Stir in some Valentine’s Day sprinkles and give it all a good mix.

Funnel

Then you’ll need a funnel to shape your treats into a kiss shape. First be sure to spray it with cooking spray so your treats don’t get stuck in the funnel. This will serve as your mold.

Rice Krispies Kisses How To

Then grease your hand and stuff some of your Rice Krispie mixture into the funnel and pack it in good. Then pop the mixture out and put it on a pan lined with parchment paper or a Silpat mat so they don’t stick.

Rice Krispie Cone Shape for Kisses

They should look like a cone. Let them sit for a little bit to firm up.

Huge Rice Krispie Kiss Printable Papers

Then print off these adorable free printable kiss tags by clicking the link and printing. I used regular printer paper and be sure to choose landscape and not portrait for your printing preferences. I also chose borderless printing so they would print all the way to the edge of the paper.

Then cut them out along the lines (I cut the lines out so they didn’t show on the edges).

Wrap the kiss in foil

Next place a cone shaped Rice Krispies treat on the foil and carefully wrap it up. There are a few tricks to making these look like a kiss shape. Only use the amount of foil needed to cover the cone. Do not use more than you need or you’ll have too much excess foil at top. Carefully wrap it up and tear away any extra foil so you just have enough to cover the top. Before scrunching the top closed insert a kiss tag in the top (put the empty side of the tag in first) and then squeeze the foil shut.

Then it will look like this! Isn’t it adorable?!

Choose a saying for each of the people special to you. Depending on the size funnel you use you will get about 6 kisses out of one batch of Rice Krispie treats.

Girls Valentine's Day Gift

Then pair them with a meaningful Valentine’s Day gift and card! I’ll be surprising my daughter with this fun Valentine’s Day gift on the morning of Valentine’s Day!! I included the Hug-Lovin’ Hippo from Hallmark which sings a cute little diddy and dances. I know she will love it! I also chose a very special Hallmark card to go with it. It has a special message inside telling my daughter just how beautiful and special she is. It also includes a pink heart bracelet for her to wear and remember how much I love her. It’s so important to tell our girls how beautiful, smart and special they are from a young age. Do it and do it often!

Hallmark Paper Doll Set

She will also be getting another special surprise at dinner time! This adorable Penny Paperheart paper doll set is also from Hallmark and It will be waiting at her spot at the dinner table. How cute is that?!

Hallmark Valentine Cards & Mini Cards

Of course I can’t leave out my hubby! I found a VERY cool card set to give him. It of course has a regular greeting card in it, but it also has two MINI cards too!

Hallmark Mini Valentine's Day Cards

The mini cards are perfect for hiding in a lunch pail, on his pillow, taped to the bathroom mirror, in his car, you get the idea! The perfect little love note to reming him just how much I care!

Grab the recipe and print it off below or pin it for later! Share it on Facebook for your friends to see too!
