And it’s May!) comfort food keeps me warm and cozy! This Pizza Casserole recipe is a family recipe that fits the bill when it comes to easy comfort food.
Just toss it all in the pan and cook and eat. Can’t get much easier! I used Hormel Hot & Spicy Pepperoni to kick mine up a notch. If you don’t like spice then use regular or turkey pepperoni.
My Mom used to make a Tuna Casserole that during the last few minutes of baking in the oven, you would add
Pillsbury Biscuits on top and cook till they are golden brown. If I’m not mistaken, she used Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup also. It was so, so good!
My favorite pasta comfort food dish is fettuccine or linguine in a sauce I make of mushrooms, onions, cream, white wine and thyme.
