Restaurant Style Buffalo Wings Recipe!
My husband and I LOVE buffalo wings. We love to go out to eat and get them as an appetizer or even a meal but we are always looking for ways to save money and budget wisely and often our eating out habit gets cut. We’ve tried out several different recipes to replicate our favorite restaurant style buffalo wings and this one is the BEST. I’d honestly rather eat these than go to a restaurant and get them because they are better than the ones we’ve had when dining out.
The best brand of wings we’ve tried is the Gold ‘n Plumb wings. They are available in the freezer section at your grocer. All you have to do is deep fry the wings until no longer pink. If you make the whole bag it takes about 16 minutes or so.
Then toss with hot sauce and butter just like the restaurants do. Then serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery. Same awesome flavor at a fraction of the price you’d pay dining out! Here is the whole recipe:
2 1/2 lb chicken wings
1//2 C Franks RedHot Sauce
1/3 C melted butter
Deep fry wings for 16 minutes at 400 degrees until no longer pink. If you want them to be healthier you can bake them at 425 degrees for 1 hour (although it is the deep frying that makes them taste like the restaurants)
Combine sauce and butter and dip/toss wings to coat.
Serve with ranch dressing or blue cheese and celery.
Enjoy!
This would be my Hubs' favorite dish! He buys Franks in the gallon bottle and likes to dip the wings in a blue cheese dressing with extra blue cheese chunks.
We make our wings the same way and love Franks!
