Old Fashioned Potato Salad Ingredients

5 lb bag of Potatoes

4-5 Stalks of Celery

1 Large Sweet Onion

5-6 Large Hard Boiled Eggs

1-2 cups Mayonnaise

½-1 cup Sweet Relish

Salt

Old Bay Garlic & Herb

Parsley Flakes

1.) Wash potatoes and place in large pot. Gently boil potatoes whole with the skin on.

 

2.) Boil potatoes for 15 to 25 minutes or until they are tender when pierced with a fork.

 

3.) Strain potatoes and allow them to cool. Once cool enough to touch, peel off the skin. You may leave the skin on if you prefer. Allow potatoes to cool entirely. You can speed up the process by placing them in the fridge.

4.) Wash celery stalks and cut into thin slices.

 

5.) Dice sweet onion into small pieces.
