Frozen Jello Pops
One memory I have from my childhood is my mom making frozen Jello Pops. They were my favorite! She had these Tupperware molds that she made them in and it was such a treat when we got to have them. The texture of these Jello popsicles is so fantastic. They are unlike regular ice pops and the flavor is amazing. They are really quick and easy to make and easy enough for the kids to help.

Jello Pops Ingredients
You’ll need some basic ingredients to make these easy Jello pops.
- 3 oz pack of Jell-O, any flavor
- 1 packet of unsweetened Kool-Aid, any flavor
- 3/4 Cup sugar
- 2 Cups boiling water
- 2 Cups cold water
Jello Pops Directions
First, bring 2 cups of water to boiling. I put mine in the microwave for 4-5 minutes until boiling. Then stir in the Jell-O, Kool-Aid and sugar until dissolved. Add the cold water and then pour into popsicle molds. Freeze 4-6 hours until solid.

Easy, homemade Summer treat using Jell-O and Kool-Aid
Ingredients

These have a really nice texture. They aren’t like Jell-O but they are different from regular freezer pops. It’s hard to describe!
My kids make messes with everything, lol. Cool treats are definitely one of them though. Never thought of freezing jello.

Oh I like these. I never tried using jello for freezing as popsicles. Really neat and something to try and I am sure kids love them.

I’ve made the watermelon jello pops before using strawberry jello, lime jello, cream cheese and mini chocolate chips. A bit tedious, but they were a super big hit with kids and adults!

I make my own pops as well but I have never tried to make them with Jello. I usually blend fruit with a little bit of milk and that will do the trick. I will try these =]
Jello pops, those bring back memories. Yogurt pops are cool too – I remember wolfing those down on summer days…
Great hands-on fun project for kids; and they can get messy and have fun and it’s all okay. Like the wipes, can’t live without them!
We can no longer get the koolaid crystals so how much would you use with the liquid kool aid?

I have never made these with liquid Kool Aid but if I were to try I would substitute the cold water for cold KoolAid liquid. Let us know how it works!
I’ve been eating these for over 50 years. The original recipe called for 1 cup sugar. I’m on a low carb diet and have been trying to figure out how to make these with substitute sugar. Not having luck so far.
I wonder if stevia would work in place of the sugar?
