Jell-O Punch Recipe! Make ahead and freeze ~ Super Easy!

I made a batch of this punch and it’s so good and so easy. The thing I like best about this recipe is that it makes a huge batch which you can freeze in small containers. Whenever you have people over just pull it out of the freezer, put it in your punch bowl and pour ginger ale over it. That’s it! It’s so easy!! Now I always keep some in my freezer because it’s so handy to have whenever people stop by. I chose to freeze mine in smaller containers so I could choose to do smaller or larger batches at a time.

You’ll need Jell-O, white sugar, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and ginger ale.

Mix together the gelatin and sugar.

Stir in boiling water (you will have A LOT!) Mix until disolved. Stir in pineapple and lemon juice.

Divide into containers. You can either divide in half and freeze or if you’d like several smaller batches then do what I did and freeze in several smaller containers.

Jello Punch Recipe

Ingredients:
3 – 3 oz packages fruite flavored Jell-O (I used raspberry and pineapple)
4 Cups white sugar
13 Cups boiling water
2 – 46 oz cans pineapple juice
1 – 16 oz bottle lemon juice concentrate
2 – 2 Liter bottles ginger ale (or more if you are going to make smaller batches)

In a large bowl combine gelatin and sugar. Stir in boiling water until mix is dissolved.

Stir in pineapple juice and lemon juice.

Divide into 2 containers (or several smaller ones) and freeze until solid.

To Serve:

Put frozen punch in a bowl or pitcher and pour over ginger ale. You can pour over more or less to your desired likeness.

    1. How many does this serve? If you freeze this, how long does it take for it to thaw after you pour the ginger ale over it?

      1. It makes a really big batch so depending on how you freeze it (in separate, smaller containers) you can take out as much or as little as you need. Works really well to keep refilling at the party too and not have to over-make the punch quantity. You would want to pour the ginger ale over just before the party starts as the frozen chunk helps keep the punch cold as it melts.
