The BEST Apple Crisp Recipe!

I love apple crisp this time of year. There are so many great varieties of apples available right now! I like my apple crisp to have lots of crumbly topping and yummy flavor baked in. This is the BEST apple crisp recipe and it’s super easy.

-6-12 apples (depending on size) You want enough to fill a 9 x 13 pan to the top. I used Cortland apples. Peel and slice them and put in greased 9 x 13 pan.

Mix:

1 Cup sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
2 tsp Cinnamon

Sprinkle on apples

Mix:

1/2 C melted butter
1 C flour
1 C brown sugar
1 C Oatmeal

Sprinkle over apples

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes until bubbly and caramelized.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
