Meet Sarah, the Mom behind it all!
Hi, my name is Sarah and thanks so much for taking the time to stop by and look around. I am a wife and mother to 3 beautiful children. We live in Northern Minnesota and recently bought our dream home in the country on ten acres. God has blessed us in so many ways! I am continually “Trying to do it all while showing you how!”
I am a Registered Nurse and hold a license to practice nursing in Minnesota. I decided to become a full time stay at home Mom after the birth of my first child. I haven’t regretted that decision for a second. I feel blessed to be able to stay home with my children and watch them as they grow up right before my eyes! It’s amazing how fast these early years fly by and I am so grateful that I don’t have to miss out on any of it!
I enjoy cooking, sewing, gardening, baking, and taking care of my family. My journey as a blogger quickly evolved from dabbling in it to a full time labor of love. I enjoy blogging and the outlet it gives me to express myself. I love to share my knowledge and connect with other Moms going through the same struggles and triumphs that I am. I’ve been involved in many media campaigns and have served as an ambassador for several different brands. My nursery makeover was even featured in Parents Magazine!
Meet The Family!
We are a busy family of 5 with three kids ages 4 and under! Yes, that means I’ve been pregnant or nursing for the last 5 years! My husband David and I have been happily married for 6 years. We love to do things as a family but we also try and make it a priority to still have date nights! We are always busy and our house is full of laughter, noise and love.
Meet Danika!
Danika is our oldest child at 4 years old. She is fun, smart and helpful. She loves to help Mommy take care of her brothers and she is always eager to learn something new. She is often referred to as “Rapunzel” because her hair is soooo long! She loves princesses, dress up and all things girly and pink!
Meet Aiden!
Aiden is our sweet little boy. I don’t think I’ve ever met a sweeter 2 year old in my whole life! He is caring, thoughtful and sooo sweet! He is also our shy guy! He takes awhile to warm up and come out of his shell but once he does he is all in! Aiden has a peanut allergy so we have a nut free house. He has learned at the young age of 2 that he has to watch out for nuts and everything has to be peanut free. Aiden loves trucks, tractors and anything with an engine! He is all boy and you can usually find him playing in the dirt.
Meet Carson!
Carson is the baby of the family! He is 10 months old and a ball of energy! He is definitely our most spirited child and is always on the go. He likes to get into everything that he shouldn’t! Carson is playful and busy. He isn’t a fan of being contained and always wants to explore. He shares a room with Aiden and I can just imagine what close little buddies they will be soon!
Meet Max!
Max has been our dog since before we had kids! We got him when he was 2 years old which makes him 8 years old now. He is a cocker spaniel mix. He is very protective of our children and can usually be found trying to eat the UPS driver. He is so patient and loving with our kids. They can do anything they want to him and he will just lay there and let them. He is such a wonderful dog and the kids just love him. I love that he is so protective of the kids and so patient with them.
