Weight Watchers Cookies
Weight Watchers cookies just 4 points each. These peanut butter chocolate no bake cookies are quick and easy and taste amazing!

Ingredients

PB2 – mixed with water as directed on package

Land O Lakes butter spread with canola oil

real white sugar

unsweetened vanilla almond milk

unsweetened cocoa

of quaker 1 minute oats

Instructions
Mix together your PB2 peanut butter and water as directed on the package and set aside.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, mix together butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa powder. Bring to a boil and cook for 60 seconds.
Remove saucepan from heat and stir in peanut butter, vanilla and dry oats mixing until well combined.
Using a Tablespoon, drop mixture onto wax paper and allow to sit at least one hour before serving.
Notes
Makes 15 cookies. Store in air tight container. 4 points per cookie. You can lessen the number of points if you use a sugar substitute like stevia.
