Triple Berry & Cream Cheese Ring – Pillsbury Crescent Roll Recipe
Beautiful and delicious triple berry cream cheese crescent roll breakfast ring. Perfect for breakfast or brunch.

1tablespoonfresh squeezed lemon juice
1teaspoonfresh grated lemon zest
Pillsbury™ Refrigerated Original Crescent Rolls 8 ct 8.0 oz Can
3/4cupfresh berries - I used blueberriesraspberries and blackberries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a small mixing bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest. Beat on low until well mixed.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Unroll Pillsbury™ Refrigerated Original Crescent Rolls on the baking sheet. Press together the seams and keep in a rectangle shape. Do not separate along the seams.
Spread cream cheese mixture over the top of the dough leaving a 1/2" border around the edges. Sprinkle with berries, evenly distributing them over the top of the cream cheese.
Roll the dough up lengthwise. Press together the ends to seal. Ensure there aren't any other holes or seams that need to be pressed together. Use a serrated knife to cut into 8 equal pieces.
Arrange slices in a circle on the baking sheet, slightly touching one another. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Be careful not to over-bake or the filling will ooze out.
