Ingredients
1 cup mashed bananasmay substitute sweet potatoes or pumpkin
1/2cup creamy almond butterno salt or sugar added
1/4 cup cacao powdermay sub cocoa but you won't get the superfood benefits
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease mini muffin pan with oil.
In a blender or food processor, mix together all ingredients until smooth. Pour mixture into mini muffin pan, filling each cup to the top (they won't rise).
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool and then remove from muffin pan. Store in the fridge.
