These healthy 3 ingredient paleo brownies are gluten free, vegan, grain free, sugar free and fit in with many different diets.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup mashed bananas may substitute sweet potatoes or pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup creamy almond butter no salt or sugar added
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder may sub cocoa but you won't get the superfood benefits
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease mini muffin pan with oil. 

  2. In a blender or food processor, mix together all ingredients until smooth. Pour mixture into mini muffin pan, filling each cup to the top (they won't rise).

  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool and then remove from muffin pan. Store in the fridge.
