Cranberry Pretzel Cheerio Bars Recipe

Delicious, healthy bar that can be eaten for breakfast or a snack!

  • 3 Cups Multi-Grain Cheerios
  • 1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 Cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1 Cup Broken Pretzel Pieces
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  1. Prepare a 13 x 9 pan with parchment paper on the bottom.
  2. In a large bowl combine Cheerios, cranberries, pretzels, and oats. Set aside.
  3. In a medium saucepan combine butter, coconut oil, sugar and honey. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to medium low and boil for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
  5. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
  6. Pour over Cheerio mixture and stir together until coated.
  7. Press mixture into pan and bake at 325 degrees F for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Cool completely and then remove from pan and cut into bars.
  9. Store in an airtight container.
