Ingredients

ground turkey
1
clove
chopped garlic

chopped onion

can
14.5 oz diced tomatoes with jalapenos
2
cans Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
3
tsp
chili powder
1
tsp
cumin
1
can red kidney beans
rinsed
1
can black-eyed peas
rinsed
1
can pinto beans
rinsed
1
can whole kernal corn
drained
Shredded Cheese
Instructions
Heat oil in pot over medium heat.
Add onion, garlic and turkey and brown.
Drain grease and return to pan.
Add tomatoes and spices and cover.
Simmer 20 min over medium heat.
Stir in beans and corn and cover.
Heat through.
Serve with Shredded cheese and tortilla chips.
Freezes well and reheats well!
