Ingredients
1cup flour
1egg
1tbsphalf and half
dashsalt
Instructions
Make a well in the flour and add eggs.
Add half and half and salt to the well with eggs.
Mix up the liquids well in the well. After you do this, take a wooden spoon, or your hands, and start slowly incorporating the flour from the sides of the well into the liquid.
It will get hard to stir and slightly less sticky. Start kneading it by hand now.
Slowly knead in more flour until the dough is smooth and not sticky. There may be flour left in the bowl once the dough reaches the right consistency.
Lightly coat with oil and wrap in plastic wrap. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Using plenty of flour on the countertop, roll the dough out fairly thin to about 1/8" - 1/4" thick.
After it's rolled, take a pizza cutter and slice it into strips. Make them the size and shape you prefer.
Add to boiling soup, stirring as you add them, and cook until done approximately 2-4 minutes.
