Ingredients
4cupschicken broth
2cans Bush's Great Northern Beansdrained and rinsed
1can Bush's White Kidney Beansdrained and rinsed
1can Ro*teloriginal
1can Hunt's Diced Tomatoes
1small can diced chilies
2cupsshredded chicken seasoned with taco seasoning
1teaspooncumin
1/2teaspoononion powder
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspooncrushed red pepper
1/2teaspoonpepper
Serve with:
Plain Greek yogurt
chopped green onions
Mexican cheese
jalapenos
pico de gallo
Instructions
In a large pot, combine broth, Bush's beans, Ro*tel, Hunt's tomatoes, diced chilies, shredded chicken, and spices. Bring to a boil over medium heat and then reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve with optional toppings. Freezes well and keeps in the fridge. Reheat on the stove.
