Fruit Salsa With Homemade Cinnamon Chips Recipe

Ingredients
Fruit Salsa

# Strawberries
hulled

Tangerines
peeled and pith removed

Kiwi
peeled

Fresh pineapple
peeled and cored
Juice of 1/2 a lime
Cinnamon Chips:

stick melted butter

Cup
sugar

cinnamon
Instructions
Dice all fruit into small pieces and mix together in a bowl.
Squeeze lime juice from 1/2 a lime into the bowl and mix together.
Set aside in the fridge to chill.
Now mix together your sugar and cinnamon in a bowl to create a cinnamon sugar mix.
Next brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter. Be generous as the butter helps them to brown and get crisp.
Sprinkle the top of each tortilla with your cinnamon sugar mix.
Then using a pizza cutter or kitchen shears, cut your tortillas into quarters to create 4 chips from each tortilla.
Place cut up tortillas on a lined baking sheet (I use a Silpat mat or parchment paper) and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until crisp.
Allow to cool and then serve with fruit salsa.
