Mandarin Orange Cake with Pineapple Cool Whip Frosting
Light cake that doesn't taste too sweet!

Ingredients
1
yellow cake mix
4
eggs
1/2
cup
oil
small can mandarin oranges
Topping:
Vanilla Cool Whip frosting
12-20
oz
can Crushed Pineapple
Instructions
Mix together cake mix, eggs, oil and mandarin oranges.
Beat for 30 seconds.
Pour in a greased 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min (or less until a toothpick comes out clean)
Topping:
Mix pineapple and frosting together.
Don't overstir.
Frost cooled cake and store in fridge covered.
