Ingredients
2lbsboneless, skinless chicken tenderloins
1 cupalmond flour
3tbsptapioca starch
1 1/2tspgarlic salt
1 tspsalt
2 tspItalian seasoning
1/2 tsppaprika
2 large eggs
Instructions
Mix together almond flour, tapioca starch, garlic salt, salt, Italian seasoning, and paprika in a shallow bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs.
Dip each chicken tenderloin in the egg then dip in the almond flour mixture to coat. Repeat with all the tenderloins.
Place the prepared chicken strips in a single layer in the basket of your Avalon Bay Digital Air Fryer. Cook for 20 minutes at 360 degrees F. Check for doneness (ensure no pink in center).
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or pair with sweet potato fries.
