Ingredients

Package Lipton Spanish Rice OR 1 1/2 Cups Uncooked Spanish Rice Mix
1 1/4
Cups
Chicken broth

Medium tomato

skinless chicken thighs

Fire roasted red bell peppers

smoked paprika
olive oil
salt and pepper
Instructions
In Reynolds square bakeware foil pan add rice mixture.
Next add chicken broth, tomato, shrimp, chicken thighs, and fire roasted red bell peppers.
Next drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle smoked paprika over pan and then add salt and pepper.
Cover with foil and grill over medium high heat for 30 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
