7ozJar Marshmallow Cream
1 1/2tspMcCormick Vanilla Extract

Instructions
Line an 8" x 8" pan with aluminum foil and spray foil with non-stick cooking spray.
In medium saucepan combine sugar, sour cream, salt, and butter and stir together over medium heat.
Continue stirring until melted.
Insert candy thermometer.
Cook, stirring continually, until temperature reaches 235 degrees F.
Once it has reached 235 degrees F add white chocolate chips and marshmallow cream.
Stir constantly until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in McCormick Vanilla Extract.
Quickly pour 1 1/2 cups of fudge into small bowl and set aside.
Add McCormick Root Beer Extract to remaining fudge in pan.
Stir and pour into prepared foil pan.
Quickly pour the white fudge you set aside on top of the Root Beer layer and run a butter knife through to create swirls. Do this quickly before fudge begins to set.
Let fudge sit at room temp for 4 hours or overnight to set.
You can easily remove it from the pan by lifting the foil from the pan.
