Father’s Day is coming up on June 19th so be prepared with fun cards and creative craft projects made by your toddlers! In honor of the upcoming day I asked Danika (who is three years old) What makes her Daddy a hero? I of course then interpreted what a hero is in terms she could understand. Her answer was adorable.
She said her Daddy is a hero because he gives her hugs and kisses, plays outside with her, does puzzles with her and lets her help him fix things. She loves nothing more than to be Daddy’s little helper and loves to be right by his side.
Aiden is turning into quite the little Daddy’s boy too. David works a lot so when he is home Aiden doesn’t want to let him out of his site. He will cry and cry when Daddy leaves the room. It is adorable 🙂
I have to put my thinking cap on and come up with some cute art projects for the kids to make for Daddy. Any cute ideas out there?
One thing I’ve already got taken care of is his Father’s Day card. Luckily he doesn’t read my blog so I don’t have to worry about him seeing that 🙂 Tiny Prints offers some of the cutest Father’s Day cards. I just love the cards that you can personalize with Daddy’s picture. The one above is adorable! Of course that isn’t my hubby 🙂 Tiny Prints has a huge selection of Father’s Day cards so you are sure to find the one that best fits the Dads in your life!
What special ideas or projects do you have in mind for Father’s Day? I’d love to hear your ideas!
