I'm really happy I bought the two pan set! I feel like I'm set for life! The only feedback I have is that in the directions included with the pans, the word "scraper " is misspelled each time as "scrapper." It scrapes, it doesn't seek out scraps. It took away from the professionalism of the literature. Thanks for an amazing set of cookware.
