A Surprisingly Delicious Heart Healthy Food!

My husband David’s family health history isn’t exactly stellar. His Dad’s side of the family has been plagued with a long history of heart trouble. My husband has high blood pressure which also runs in the family and has landed him on blood pressure medication at a young age. I’m thankful that he knows his family history and that we caught, and treated, his high blood pressure early on before it could do much damage.

  1. Thanks for sharing this. I clicked over to your post about grape juice to prevent stomach flu. I had no idea that it changes the ph balance and this is what works. Interesting.
