The type of effect you are looking for from your shower vapor discs will determine which essential oils you will use. For a vapor, decongesting effect you’ll want to use oils such as peppermint, thieves or eucalyptus. For an energizing start to your day try citrus oils like orange, lemon or citrus fresh. For a nighttime calming effect try peace & calming, lavender or cedarwood. Once you’ve chosen which oils you’ll be using, add 4-5 drops of essential oils to the top of each disc. Store in an airtight container.

If you suffer from allergies there is no reason to suffer all day from itchy eyes, a runny nose or sneezing! CVS has Non-Drowsy Allergy Relief tablets that can aid in relieving your allergy symptoms. My personal favorite is the Loratadine Allergy Relief tablets which compare to the active ingredients in Claritin at a much lower price point. They also carry Allergy Relief that compares to the active ingredients in Zyrtec. No reason to pay hefty prices for a brand name when the CVS Pharmacy brand products are the same drug at a much more affordable price point. I’ve been trusting them for years! Plus if you don’t like any of the CVS brand products you’ve tried, they have a 100% money back guarantee so you have nothing to lose when you try them.
