We have had some amazing weather here in Minnesota as it has been unseasonably warm and I’m loving it! My kids are loving it too and they’ve been having a blast getting outdoors and playing ’til their hearts content. Although our grass isn’t even green yet it’s been warm enough to break out the water table and let the kids go wild! Since it isn’t warm enough to swim yet the water table is the perfect way to let them enjoy water play while staying warm and fairly dry. Danika couldn’t wait to fill up the Step2 Big Splash Waterpark with water!
Once they had it all filled up her and Aiden got to playing and playing and playing…They played forever! It was clear that they had been stuck in the house for far too long this Winter and once they were given water to play with outside they just couldn’t get enough of it.
The Big Splash Waterpark was easy to assemble and use. You can fill up the big green tub on top with the included cup and then open up the white valves to let the water out which will in turn spin the water wheel and wet down the waterslide. You can also close the valves up again to stop the flow of water.
My kids absolutely adored the little boy and girl figures that came with the Waterpark. The diving board is a lot of fun too! I love that it shows where to put the feet and where your child’s hand should hit it. This helped my kids to figure it out better. It works great and really catapults the swimmer in the air landing safely in the water.
This water table is simple and straightforward. There are no pumps which is a good thing for us as my kids tend to add sand to the table inevitably during the course of playing with it which would clog any pump. I love the simplicity of it while it still engages my kids. It’s easy to clean and care for too. The included accessories are great and my kids love having the ability to turn the water valves off and on. All in all we really enjoy this water table!
