Looking for an easy toddler craft idea to do for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday? These paper bag turkey puppets are really easy and adorable. Supplies you will need:
1 brown paper bag for each puppet
white, yellow and brown construction paper
markers
paint, crayons, stampers, etc
glue stick
You will need to cut out white “feathers” and a yellow beak along with a brown turkey head. Once you’ve done this let your kids each decorate the feathers however they like. They can use paint, crayons, markers, stampers, etc. Then let them glue on the beak and give the turkey eyes and a “gobbler” with their markers. Then help them glue the feathers to the back of the bag and glue the head of the turkey to the bottom flap so it will create a puppet.
Then let them put on a Thanksgiving puppet show!
