Time for Aloha Friday again! Have you heard of it? It’s a fun little thing called Aloha Friday and it started over at An Island Life. Here’s how it works. I’ll ask a question and give you my answer and then YOU answer the question too!
Sound fun? Okay here is the question:
What is your favorite easy to prepare lunch to have on hand for Summer when the kids are home?
My Answer: I find we eat a lot of easy to prepare things like macaroni and cheese, pizza and grilled cheese. I need some more creative things to come up with as these have gotten old fast! I want something quick and easy though. I find that having breakfast foods for lunch is usually a hit. Things like eggs and toast, pancakes and waffles are quick and easy and with Summer here we put fresh berries on them and a little whip cream!
Your turn!

Corn dogs! The kids love them and I just pop them in the over for 10 minutes to get them golden and cripsy. Yummy!
Happy Aloha Friday! If you have the chance, drop by for a visit!
peanut butter and banana sandwiches. Can it get any easier? I think not. lol
If you want something fun to do with the kids, you could try making english muffin mini pizzas. They can spread their own sauce and have cheese, pepperoni, chicken pieces, ham, or ground beef & whatever else in the fridge that could go on a pizza. Pop them in the over or toaster oven til cheese is melted
My kids love grilled cheese, peanut butter/strawberry jam and peanut butter/bologna sandwiches.
Here's my Aloha
Egg Salad sitting in the fridge. Quick lunch!
My kids are old enough to make their own food. I do try to keep yogurt and cold cuts around.
Have a great day!

Princess Nagger's favorite 'easy' lunches are tuna salad, egg salad, corn dogs or dinosaur nuggets.
